My goal as a personal trainer is to create a holistic, affordable fitness program based on an individual's personal needs and goals.
I believe in training bodies for movement, integrating the whole person. Taking a holistic approach, we will work together, discovering ways for you to feel well from the inside out. We will focus on integrated functional training of the body, not current exercise or nutritional trends or fads. Taking into account one's daily life, diet; stress levels, sleep patterns and exercise fitness level we will create an approach to health that will work with your life.

Program design includes a full evaluation of your current state of health and a postural and body alignment assessment with the development of corrective exercises. This is to increase the stability and strength of the core musculature while increasing your range of motion and improving your daily posture. We will work on balance training, general flexibility, and cardio respiratory health. Working toward your goals, be it weight lose/gain, strength, flexibility, low back pain reduction, endurance or a desire for exercise, and general well being, better diet and sleep and less stress, together we will create a fitness/exercise plan that is realistic for your life style.
