My approach to Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching will help you increase you energy levels, obtain and maintain your optimal weight and feel better everyday. A comprehensive assessment looks at your eating habits, sleep patterns, stress levels, exercise choices, digestive health, health issues, metabolic functioning and determines your metabolic type. After the assessment I will create an individual plan for you to make appropriate lifestyle changes. Through out the process I will be giving you the necessary tools for living a healthier lifestyle.

I have been certified through the Chek Institute and am trained to look at symptoms of dis-ease and stress and how they can be prevented through proper eating, exercise and stress management.  As your coach I will continue to work with you to develop your personalized plan which guides you to a better way of living.
