Core Conditioning

My passion for teaching and training is in the core. It is important to support ourselves from a strong center, with proper alignment, no back pain, full breath capacity and a great posture.  Full active healthy use of our bodies can begin with our action center.

My approach is multidisciplinary, fun, simultaneously challenging and rewarding, anatomically informative and open to all levels of experience.

Public classes consist of a warm up, into a gradually increase in difficulty of multidisciplinary exercises, working to bring awareness to our core musculature and a gradual cool down including stretching and chi building exercises to end the class.

All exercises have variations for individual choice, allowing you to work at your level. Come improve your action center and posture.

I am a core conditioning teacher with certifications in Scientific Core Conditioning, Swiss ball Training, Pilates for the Personal Trainer, core strengthening, core integration for stability, flexibility, and power as well as a BA in Dance, years of yoga, climbing, surfing and AcroYoga training.
